Great place to land after the Timber Trail on the way South. Alan is very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. Microwave, kettle, cutlery, plates ... there is a laundry - free washing machine $1 for powder if you need it and $4 dryer. Locked bike shed. Close to shops, restaurants etc. Awesome - would recommend.
Great place to stay. Was a good place to base myself for the timber trail. The bed was comfy and shower was wet and hot.

Yes Alexander Hotel was fine. Rang ahead and booked. Plenty of parking. Reasonably comfortable unit. I would stay again.
