Flame are renowned for their delicious BBQ meats and prawn dishes, oh my their creamed spinach is the best in NZ along with the Compulsory must have! Don Pedro! Great happy team. On an otherwise very quiet night in Queenstown they were full - says a lot about this establishment.
Best rib I ever had in NZ. It’s great they moved to the bigger places that have better views and more room. Prawn and mussels are cooked in Asia style, creamy and tasty. The service is good too. It’s the first restaurant I always go in QT
Great service with a variety of waitress and waiting staff,which always makes for good conversation. Best mushroom sauce in the world goes with everything on the menu. Doesn't really matter what you order you won't be disappointed.
Their shared platter was overpriced and so disappointing taste wise! They use the same sauce on all different types of meats! Doesn’t matter if you order chicken, lamb, beef, pork... you will get the exact same taste as they are all covered in the same yuck sauce! The only things we enjoyed were their cocktails and Cesar salad.
Always a pleasure to visit our favourite place! Food is always great, especially the famous mushroom sauce! Service always friendly and not too intrusive while we are eating! Highly recommend the ribs!, but hard choice with the menu being so good. Steak is pretty hard to beat! Will be back soon Flame!
Very happy and polite staff during a very busy xmas/new year period. We got the full sharer platter and it was delicious. Definitely will be back next time I visit Queenstown! Best value for money BBQ/ribs option in QT in my opinion.
The server was very nice and helpful. But the food itself was quite disappointing. All the meats were too saucy... Mash potatoes were nice tho.
Flame is honestly my favourite restaurant in the world! Their service is amazing and their food is literally to die for! If you are ever deciding where to go for lunch/dinner here would be the place, you won't be disappointed! Their ribs or fillet steak with mushroom sauce is the way to go 100%!
