BODY BLAST is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training comprises of a combination of muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified time before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period. This class caters for all fitness levels and is designed to help you reach your training goals
ABT classes are designed to work you Abs, Butt and Thighs. We concentrate on lunges, squats, butt lifts etc to target these areas. We use Zumba tracks as the cardio in between.
BOXFIT classes include use of pads and gloves (provided)....Great all over body workout
