I’ve been attending Fit4Life Pilates for almost 3 years now. It’s a lovely boutique studio with some really lovely teachers and peers that I now call friends. I’ve seen great benefits and improvements to my overall strength especially my legs and core. I’d highly recommend giving the studio a go.

I joined Fit 4 Life Pilates seven years ago and it has been a complete life-changer for me physically and mentally. The instructors really teach and educate you,  whilst making the hard work fun and hugely rewarding in the process. I joined in order to create change but in the process I also gained a wonderful community.

Fit4Life is a wonderful Pilates studio, has a great feel to the environment and there is a wide range of classes available 7 days a week. The instructors are outstanding with great experience and the reformer workouts always leave me feeling refreshed & invigorated. Highly recommend.

An excellent studio with the best teachers. The classes are well paced, varied and challenging - I can feel the difference in body tone after only a few weeks. I would recommend this Fit 4 Life studio to everyone.
