Took a detour, as there was a traffic jam on the motorway, Wan wanted brunch, and this was the closest place. Customer service was OK.nn- Creamy mushrooms 6.2/10nMixed thoughts on this dish. I think it was balsamic vinegar on the mushrooms? Bit odd. Egg poached well and toasted done good, too. Would have expected more rasher bacon instead of 1.5 pieces.nnPaid extra 6.50 for a kransky, but got 2 tiny breakfast size kranskys, I expected a proper sausage size, so that was misleading and disappointing.nnOverall, being matariki, with surcharge, this was $44, including a glass bottle of coke. Extreme pricing, won't be coming back.
Awesome place to stop for breakfast on those long car trips, plenty of bakery options in the cabinets. I recommend the large sausage rolls to take away, and breakfast was well worth the price.
At ten am there were no sweet muffins left ,only savoury. Table took an hour to be cleared and to ask us if we'd like more coffee. Took a good 15 mins to get the first coffees. Probably won't repeat the visit .
A warm welcome, delicious coffee and food. My hubby had the steak sandwich and I had the creamy mushrooms. Fast and friendly service, would definitely recommend this place to stop off at!
Excellent. Coffee very tasty. Ginger beer loaf amazing. When I said that we were sharing the piece of loaf they supplied 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 napkins and a knife - excellent service! I would highly recommend this place.
