Fantastic bakery and burgers!! It is famous for a reason. Vast choice of freshly made bakery staples including breads, pretzels, toasts, divine pies and bagels, plain and loaded. The bakery is conveniently open from early morning till late at night. Burgers are a must try - pork belly burger was a great surprise and absolutely divine. Great fast and friendly service and vibe. Last but not the least - Apple pie with a scoop of ice cream is a must try!
Such a heavenly Burger. One of the best burgers I have ever had in my life. It tastes so delicious that you forgot any burger you tried before me, maybe this is the best burger I have ever tried in the whole world. The portion of burger is quite larger than normal burger. It is better to take away your burger and have it nearby while enjoying the city.
One of the best burgers I have had in my life. Enormous portion and great combination of ingredients. Nice ambience although it is better to take away your burger and have it near by enjoying the city! Too much people for such a small place. Very recommendable.
The best burger place in town... or maybe in the country! While I was staying here for 3 days, I had to visit this legit burger shop three times! I am not usually a big fan of burgers but Fergburger has changed my taste! Ever since I tried burgers here, every time I stayed in other cities, I would go taste burgers in towns. They hardly can beat this one up! Most of the time there's line-up waiting for the burgers but the staff is swift and fast enough to deal with thousands of orders in a short period of time. Definitely must-go place if you're visiting Queenstown! * The lamb burger I had was super yummy, but I had a small piece of a bone inside. Be careful of it!
This place is magical. Amazing burgers, good variety to choose from, great service and the vibe. Always crowded no matter what time of the day it is. Now I know why they call it the best burger place in NZ. We loved our vegetarian burgers. Definitely recommending to friends and visiting again when back in Queenstown.Food: 5/5
Excellent burgers! Secret sauce is amazing and the selection is mind boggling. The staff is cheerful and lively even after a late night staff Christmas party. The food is worth the wait and YOU WILL wait! The lines are long but go quickly. The Fergburger name has everything in this plaza! Bar, gelato, burgers, dessert, sandwich shop. Genius!
Absolutely delicious. Gets very busy and it is not uncommon to wait over an hour for your burger. But why wait? Why not order and go to the Fergburger Bar next door and enjoy a drink. Your order will be displayed on the screen at the bar and you can get your delicious burgers once ready. What an idea!!! Also, one burger is enough for an adult trust me Customer Service 10 Food Quality 10 Atmosphere 10 Presentation 10 Location 10 Parking: Lots of parking available. I visited this burger shop today. I ordered pork belly burger. It is huge. Ingredients are so fresh. Pork belly is quite thick. It is so great and yummy. Burger taste is not strong but so good.. Bun size is quite big enough and so soft. Interior is quite unique. Highly recommended.
Genuinely worth the hype that I’ve heard from everyone travelling through Queenstown. We landed at 8pm and luckily were the last order of the day - reasonably priced at $40 for two burgers and chips to share. Have heard there can be a bit of a line but unless you’re pressed for time I personally will be definitely trying to make it back before we head back home.
Safe to say when in Queenstown you can count the number of kiwis you meet on one hand, and the number of Aussies on many more hands. At Fergburger we sat next to a bricklayer from Melbourne and his son who were visiting on an annual father-son snow holiday. They had a lot of snowboarding tips for us first-timers which were much appreciated and immediately forgotten. Anyway the queue out the front is never not as long as the Nile, but in fairness it moves just as quickly - you'll be through and order placed in 15 minutes. The bottleneck is distributing orders - they take and make the orders like a well-oiled machine, a well-greased burger. Getting to your order will however require crowdsurfing over the hundreds of people milling out the front. I wondered whether a burger could be worth all the hype surrounding this place and I don't think it is. Sure everything's good and no complaints at all but the hype promised a burger that would change my life. There was no grand epiphany, no great revelation, not even a short gasp of shock at how good it was. The burger was good, nothing less, nothing more. Perfectly whelming. Exactly what a good burger should be and exclusively that. Would I recommend it? Sure, if you want. You're not missing out if you don't but if you want to know for yourself then yeah, grab one and it'll be good. If you DO come here, get the onion rings and calamari as sides - they're quite worth a taste!
