I placed an online order on Friday 12 from Australia for a very special order for a birthday. I contacted Fenchurch in Glenn Innes and they were going to call me back to confirm if the order had been received. I never heard back. Fortunately my family was able to check on this yesterday to discover that they did not have the particular item in stock. At no time did anyone think to inform me. I have just heard from my sister that the item was delivered this evening.nnI would suggest that you need to do something about informing customers about the progress or not of their orders. An email to inform customers of delivery would be appreciated. After all you had all my contact details when I placed the order. Rather disappointing.
Went here for the first time just before Xmas brought x6 18pk of cody's I was amazed by the price an how cheap it was. Went back in for more an saw that the raspberry Cruisers were the same special so I got me 6 boxes of them. Be back every year
This is a Aladdin's cave of liquor stores. They have everything you could want . The place is packed to the rafters with stock. Cheapest booze in town
Today we visited Fenchurch to take advantage of their great specials, the staff were amazing extremely helpful, super friendly they really did take care of us for our up coming wedding. highly recommend popping in and seeing the team you won't regret it. p.s Thanks for the bag of goodies Merry Christmas to you all. thank you
Great service! Guys were really nice and helpful. Gave us free shirts as well & gave us sweet deals! So much selection!nnAnd we came all the way from West lol. Will definitely be back.
