Gilmours Manukau

I recently purchased some products from Gilmours, but I mistakenly selected the wrong item. When I requested a replacement, I was informed that my product had not been stored at the appropriate temperature due to the 15-20 minute wait. Given the hot weather, the temperature of the product increased, which led to my request for a replacement being denied.nnI'm quite disappointed with the service I received. In the future, I will stick with Gilmours on Mount Roskill, as they have consistently provided much better and more helpful service in every aspect.

This place is massive and great for all those who buy in bulk or does food business! Everything you need is here, and staff are helpful too.nnIt has a new lay out which is better than before and you can easily navigate around the store too. It is now open for public just make an account with them!nnWell, some items i find cheaper at paknsave though, remember to shop/search around first to get the best price. Otherwise, i highly recommend for you to try buying here!

A female employee who looks Māori.. blonde hair and with tattoos on her neck was ignoring me in store when I asked for help while she was doing the picking. Not shopping at Manukau again Too many rude/ toxic employees who works on the shopfloor

Gilmours Manukau is a dum workplace for those who wants to work in the picking department. They expect you to stay back late and never been paid overtime. An employee named Azalea was toxic to one of my girls that works for Gilmours. Not mentioning the name of my girl. Do better will ya

For the things they have, its a great place to shop! You don't find everything here, but your main items are in bulk for a good price!
