Gilmours Mt Roskill

I had a fantastic experience at Gilmours this Friday. I urgently needed some frozen wraps for a last-minute order at my restaurant, but I couldn’t find what I was after. Instead of just telling me they were out of stock like you often see elsewhere, a staff member went the extra mile and headed to the storage area to get what I needed. He even suggested some alternatives, but I was keen on that specific wrap. Big ups to him for his outstanding customer service—it really made a difference!

Good prices particularly for bulk-sized products and Gilmours branded private label products. Checkout staff are friendly, store is clean with generous parking. Note this is a membership only discounter targeting small and medium business operators- membership is free.
