I have been a loyal customer at Gilmours North Shore for several years, shopping there every week and spending a significant amount of money. However, I’ve become increasingly frustrated with the ongoing issues at this store.nnFirst, the pizza boxes consistently have faults, which I’ve raised twice: once via the complaints form and then in a conversation with the store manager, who promised to get back to me with a solution. That was about three months ago, and I’m still waiting for any follow-up.nnAdditionally, the store often has empty shelves and missing stock that we rely on. When I’ve mentioned this to the staff, I’ve received a response that “customers are usually happy with everything,” without any apology or acknowledgment of the issue.nnAs a result, we’ve started shopping at Gilmours Mt Roskill, which has been a much better experience—stock is well-managed, and the shelves are always full. The only downside is the location, which is less convenient for us, but it's worth the extra distance for better service.nnI’m leaving this review in hopes that it will bring attention to the problems at the North Shore location. It’s clear to me that many other customers are likely shopping elsewhere because of these ongoing issues. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to address these concerns.

It's good to visit Gilmours today. Have not been here for a long time, especially while one other brand big supermarket has opened in Auckland. Still enjoy lots of items here and not available on the other store.

Love that they are opened til 6pm, love their meat and velvet cakes : great prices and huge assortment. Love the big chiller room!
