It's good to visit Gilmours today. Have not been here for a long time, especially while one other brand big supermarket has opened in Auckland. Still enjoy lots of items here and not available on the other store.
If you’re trying to call through and ask for assistance good luck. I called through 3 different times to check they had an item in stock as I live quit a drive away and I was told three different things. There was 20 items in stock of what I needed which I asked if I was able to put on hold as I’m driving from 40 minutes away and I was told “we need your account number to be able to put this on hold” which I than provided but was told did not exist? I than provided the name and number again but I got the same response, when I asked to speak to somebody else I was told nobody is available I said fine I’ll call back - I had called back and got a different person, when I explained the situation I was then asked for my account number again which the guy was able to find - so when I asked if I could put them on hold till pickup he then said no he can’t? I explained what the lady had told me but then again was told “that’s policy” and that they now only have 3 in stock. The worst customer service ever and would not recommend
Great experience, on a Sunday, no wait at checkout. Got mostly what I needed, went in especially for cuts of meat. And frozen seafood. Great range of everything and plenty of friendly staff. Plenty of parks.
All good, much much cheaper for work than going to normal supermarkets. Staff were really helpful finding stuff. Happy. Easy layout. All good, see you again.
Hi I hoped in for a job application however was told there were no vacancies.nOver all the lady at the reception was very lovely and apologetic.
