Fat Cat Street Coffee

Great coffee, tasty food. They now do half Benedict great for people like me who wants something nice for a Sunday but not too much.

Visited this cafe last Saturday, have visited in the past and been very pleasantly surprised. Again it did not disappoint. Lovely friendly service, and the choices of cabinet food is amazing. The size of there muffins and especially the scones is huge. And if you are after a wee treat that isn't too expensive, try the macaroons, had a lemon one, beautiful.

Fat cats does not disappoint. The french toast and the eggs Benedict were great!nnThe coffeee was goood too. I really loved the berry compote on the outside of the french toast although the cream should be freshly whipped, not out of a can. The bene could really do with some turkish bread and maybe a cheeky little razzle dazzle on the outside yet although presentation was still good.nnA big bonus was they had little toys to keep little toddlers busy while we ate. Coffees perfect, great service, cool & quirky. Tried a chicken & cranberry quiche...it was divine!! Full compliments to the cook.
