I will definitely recommend this placenThe foods are delicious and the staff are amazing.nAnd, you'll absolutely love Charlie's hospitality, such a sweet cat.nnI visited this place thrice because of the yummy foods value for money, courteous staff and Charlie's warm welcome too

Not a good review I'm sorry. I been been here a number of times over the last year to give it the benefit of the doubt as a place to interview staff though if anything it continues to get worse.nJust poor across the board. Operators are not interested in the locals.nService is unprofessional.nThe coffee is over priced and average at best.nI wouldn't risk trying the food. Atmosphere is non existent and the place is unclean and not maintained.nSorry but a genuine 1 star.

Have tried to support this local cafe, use to be really good untill new indy owners took over a 4 years ago, they got rid of the experienced staff and chef and tried to do it them selfs with no experience in hospo. We use to go there for food but stopped as it was not good, forgot orders, long wait times plates coming out at diffrent times and waiting up to 45-60 mins after ordering when busy , we have seen peoples just get up and leave after paying for orders and give up waiting for there meals. Food is also not to cafe standard.. but the prices still go up and upnWe love a good coffee made with love and skill , we would still go there when we had no other option on a Sunday but have also had to stop. Coffee is weak, not made properly like a barrister would make. I doubt they have been trained to do it correctly but thats what you get if you get rid of skilled paid staff and the owners get there young teenage kids to work there , they are not going to care .nSuch a shame was a awesome cafe 5 years ago under previous owners but has just got worse and worse. Would rather have a coffee and food from Mc D's to be honest

We love this café and attend regularly for afternoon tea and cake. They are one of a few cafés in the area that sell Eccles Cakes which is a bonus too. Environment is lovely, unlike many cafes, you are not sitting looking at a car park, but instead you are inside a garden centre surrounded by plants. Charlie, the local cat comes to say Hi sometimes and will sit on your lap if you let him. The staff are lovely, can't do enough for you, and look after us really well.

This place used to be a 5 star. Now it is very run down doesn't look very clean. outside area looks very tatty. Prices are quite high and you wait ages for your order. Very disappointing won't in a hurry to go back
