Known from 1995 until 2014 as Euro Deli Meats, we are an artisan butchery in Christchurch, NZ. We make all our own smallgoods, from our own recipes. No pre-mixes (like most butchers these days) so we can tell you exactly what's in our sausages and other smallgoods.
We are the only supplier of Cressy Farm pork and Ashlea Texel lamb, so have paddock to plate on these meats.
