I visited an exhibition here - there was lots of gorgeous art and also a gift shop with locally made gorgeous things. Good prices, friendly staff. There's a cycle path next door where you can take a stroll along the estuary as well.
I spent the afternoons here. It's a good place to visit even when it was showering. It was also nice to sit down for coffee, tea, or milkshakes at the Driftwood Cafe.nThere were a variety of toastiest scones, muffins, and cakes there, too. I had the lemon muffin and an English breakfast tea. There was a new art display beginning this month,this one is for Autusm awareness. They were on sale, and the displays were varied and interesting.nOutside was interesting as was the walkway that ran along the river.
Amazing local Art hub within reach of Auckland City! Buy from local artists, visit a current exhibition or sign up to one of the adult or youth classes. Art for everyone here with a cute cafe on site surrounded by beautiful nature.

Wonderful place to visit....great exhibitions on a variety of artwork. Lovely gift shop with lots of ideas for gifts. Lovely Cafe for coffee & a treat. Well worth a visit
