Very disappointed with the service at the AA Centre in Orewa.nnThe staff member Looks like an Indian guy who dealt with me seemed uninterested in helping and didn't listen properly to what I was saying. There were a number of mistakes made, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. The overall attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional, which made the experience frustrating.nnGood customer service starts with listening to customers and treating them with respect. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here. I hope AA takes this feedback on board and works to improve the level of service at this branch.
Very poor customer service. I visited to apply for an IRD number and had a frustrating experience. All required documents were provided, yet the staff insisted on an unnecessary overseas driver licence as secondary ID. They also refused to accept a valid New Zealand bank card as secondary documentation. The request felt unreasonable and gave the impression that the staff were unwilling to complete the process. Overall, a disappointing and unhelpful experience.

1 out of 5 starsnLong waits ⏰, poor planning, and great staff doing their best under pressure nnI visited the AA Centre in Orewa recently to book a simple learner’s test, and the whole experience took almost two hours. When we arrived, there were three people behind the front desk, but before long one disappeared, leaving just two to manage a long queue. One of them was still learning and couldn’t assist everyone, so for much of the time only one staff member was actually able to help customers.nnI felt sorry for the staff member left carrying the load , as they were doing their best under pressure. The problem clearly isn’t the frontline staff, it’s the lack of planning and support from AA.nnI also noticed many older people waiting in the queue , which made it even more concerning. Standing for long periods isn’t easy for them, and AA really needs to be more proactive in managing staff shortages and busy times instead of leaving customers especially seniors waiting this long.nnWhen you look through the Google reviews, you’ll see the same issues mentioned again and again. The AA always replies saying they’re sorry and that they’ll take feedback on board, but nothing actually seems to change ‍. It’s disappointing, because this could easily be improved with better scheduling and a bit more care for both staff and customers.nnThis is Orewa — let’s make it the standout branch in Auckland nnP.S. — Thank you to the staff who really go out of their way to help as best as they can
