Can you get better staff levels at 7 am start time please. Was there today found one poor islander lady there and the waiting room was full and people waiting outside. Yes the 2 worker arrived she was Iran person hard to understand here English. Was a good blood taker hopefully you can find some kiwis to work there again soon.
I am an Asian pregnant woman at 25 weeks. I came for a blood test today, which finished at 9:40. The two nurses who took my blood were absolutely wonderful. After the blood draw, they repeatedly checked if I was okay and told me I would be called for the second blood test in two hours. They made me feel really relaxed. Thank you again for your time.

In and out faster than could be expected. There was no waiting. Staff seemed friendly although it felt rushed for no reason… in the end the thing you came for is handled efficiently and you’re off.
I have been here several times over the past few years. The staff are professional and the young nurse I had this morning was great & friendly. It’s not easy to take blood from me, so I always give them the heads up which veins will work. Be prepared to wait as some times can be busy, but they see you as quickly as they can.
