Fantastic customer service from the staff at the hotel! Zara, Beth and Mandy went above and beyond to cater for our needs. We have to stay over in newtown for work and have stayed in a few places, but this was by far the best. First class service!

Accomodation was clean and very nice, Food was really good, although for some reason the heating was on full bore while we stayed which was a little uncomfortable although I'm sure this was an isolated issue. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable room with everything you need in the room. Food was excellent. Nice location for walking along the river and parks. Good parking. Very close to the shops.
