I am grateful and thankful for the fact that I called them some weeks ago to get my car inspected. There is an online option to book services, so that's handy and useful. It even displays how much it would cost and which service you'd like. Ended up being majorly busy but the mechanic said that I could bring it in to be inspected. Expected cost was about $150, if it was longer they would call me and check it it's okay. I also feel sorry for the receptionist because it was clear she was stressed and frustrated at having such an already packed day, and then adding my car in as well Didn't get a call, invoice and information wasn't documented as I went in the office about 15mins before it closed. Had I not arrived I wouldn't have gotten it until the next day or so Not bad, but not the best either
We don't take our vehicle to be fixed or serviced here anymore as they didn't pick up a common fault that this model had been experiencing, telling us there was nothing wrong with it. We took it elsewhere and it was immediately diagnosed and repaired with Holden covering the cost. Services were also way more expensive than we can get them done elsewhere. The not being able to talk directly to a mechanic was also an issue for us as the girl taking notes didn't take the details very well
Terrible experience. One trip for diagnosis. Told parts are not possible to get. Took back to fit parts I sourced. Told they were wrong. Spent another 4 hours re diagnosing. Said same part required and suddenly are in stock. Another 2 hours to fit. $1600 for a $500-$600 job. I'm done here. staff member was friendly and courteous though .
Only one charger, which will charge to 100%, so if someone changes up to 100% it can be a long wait. No coffee but Volkswagen are nice and let you use their toilets.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Ebbett Hamilton. I dealt with Trent, who I would definitely recommend - he made everything really easy. Everything went smoothly. They made sure the car was perfect before I came to pick it up, and did everything they said they were going to do. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you!
It drives alright. It's a little noisier than some but not the loudest in the cab. I'd take an auto over my manual any day. It handles well. As for price it's was the best value for money.
Had an urgent issue with my vehicle and was on my way to a meeting- They took the car at short notice, gave me a loan car, made me a coffee and sorted my car out while I was at the meeting- Excellent service- very impressed- Everyone I dealt with was super helpful.
Live in Auckland and wanted to buya brand new car. Went to a dealership up here and worst service. So off the Ebberts. Wes looked after by Trent, best service highly recommend. Will definitely buy my next car here.
Very cool car shop. Lovely people, very helpful. Far enough out of the center of town to not have insane traffic. Had a couple of Fords on site though, so they almost lose a star for that. Had what looked like a fairly high end coffee machine, if that's your thing
Excellent service considering we were buying a trade in, what we would have expected for purchasing a brand new car. All the small extras they did was very unexpected, wasn't due for a WOF or Reg for 6months, came with both for a year. Small details like the tow ball set up had been powder coated. Was surprised a basic mechanical warranty was included in the price, not an add on. Trent was superb from start to finish and absolutely would recommend them to anyone, for either new or used. Will definitely be back for our next vehicle
