I recently purchased a Mini from Auto 66. Luke Rankin, the salesman, was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was not pushy at all, and was extremely patient with my queries. If he did not know the answer, he went away to look up information requested. He was so very obliging, and I am thrilled with my new car. The icing on the cake was receiving a 'goody bag', most unexpected, but appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend Luke and this car dealership.
Auto 66 are the best, this is the second vehicle I've purchased from them, Kyle was super sharp, informative & went above & beyond to help me out as did Heath, the whole crew was friendly & accommodating to myself & Daughter as we had abit of a wait, Even right down to loaning my daughter a charger as she forget hers as we travelled 5 hours to be there, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle & outstanding service. 5 Stars.
Ever since I've bought my Toyota highlander from these guy's, they have been awesome, the customer service, like and guys spot on, then there's Brian and the guys in the garage side, awesome to deal with. If there were 10 stars I'd give 10. I've taken a couple of other vehicles in to get work done, always have happy results, this is a awesome place I've recommended them to a few friends aswell.
Initial contact was via messenger. Reply received the next morning from Luke whom I went down to meet. Friendly service and great communication right up to purchase. Appreciated all your help. Referred to Heath to do the paper work fast and easy transaction. Thanks for the goodie package
MASSIVE thanks to Luke and the team! Amazing customer service, and awesome comms. Luke went above and beyond with the delivery of my 2016 Nissan Navara UTE. While you are buying the service is good. If you require follow up service or anything goes wrong that is when this company really lets you down. Had to have work done on the vehicle I purchased within four hours of owning it. They did end up paying half of the cost but what an absolute hassle to get any kind of accountability at their end. Cars all painted and polished up and look good, you really need to seriously look beyond that.
We're not very interested in my trade, Made a ridiculously low offer then walked away after I said another yard made an offer twice as much. Anyway sold my car privately for 5 times as much and bought a car from another yard.
Great place with some cool cars.but very stage that I left with a different number plate then the one I arrived with.
I traded and purchased a vehicle with these guys. On my trade their mechanic seem to find everything wrong with my trade which was very tidy. OK so to give benefit to the doubt I would expect a vehicle that was faultless clean and tidy. It wasn't very well cleaned and detailed plus when I took it to my mechanic it had a worn ball joint that should been replaced prior to them giving it a warrant.Not impressed reallly
