Dux Central

Dux Central has a nice pub-style atmosphere and is cosy on colder nights with good outdoor heating as well. The service is prompt and friendly, the food is pretty good and fairly priced. They have a very large selection of beers and ciders in their refrigerator “library” which looks awesome.

Fantastic atmosphere. Fantastic staff. Meals are 'absolutely delicious' Cocktails, to 'die for'. I try to visit whenever I'm in Christchurch. I highly recommend a night out at the 'Dux' I promise you, you will not regret it

Nice friendly atmosphere, wait staff were great, had the chicken burger, didnt enjoy it, bun was over toasted, chicken was lacking taste, burger was just lacking taste, wouldnt recommend chicken burger, had the vege burger and pork belly in the past which was great

Great birthday lunch for my daughter. I can recommend the fish and chips and Tiramisu for desert.

Love this place! We come from Singapore for a company trip and decided to have our last dinner in New Zealand here. Turns out that it was a good decision! Foods are on point. Services are good and friendly. Vibes are very fun and all. Recommended: the roasted pork belly, fish tacos, and seafood chowder!

Really cool place. We had a training event upstairs and it was great place to do so. They have projector, light dimmers, good speakers, lots of room and setup perfectly for such an event. All of this complimented with very attentive and helpful staff serving great food and drinks.
