How does this classify as food?? Pizza was barely edible, no flavour except OIL!!? Had to throw out the entire pizza after one slice Forgot to take photos. Garlic scrolls had so much oil that it seeped through the bottom Photos Attached. The entire meal was incredibly bad.

Today's order will be my last order from your shop, will never order from you again. The Hawaiian pizza is uneatable, especially the pineapple, my little boy's comment is "yuck" for the pineapple. We had to throw the pizza away.... the pizza tasted like an old pizza and reheated, not fresh at all. I tried to call numerous time but no one answer the phone.

When they dont want to drive an order to you they will call and cancel. No convenience. Rude & abnoxious staff who cannot justify their excuses even though my order history shows delievery many times before. The staff could care less. Do Pick up orders only and dont order through uber eats its not a financial gain for them therefore doesnt matter. Cheers

I usually go into the Mt Eden store. The Mt Roskill shop was very poorly lit and not well presented at all. The perspex screen was filthy, as was the rubbish receptacle near the door. The guy serving was neither friendly nor helpful. I requested an extra large crispy base which he said he could not make in the extra large size. This shop did not meet my expectations for a Dominos shop. Mike

Absolute rubbish place to order pizza online. This is the 3rd time in a row I’m experiencing utter bitter disappointment on the order. Recently ordered pizza online and we paid extra for jalapeños and after coming home found none was on the topping. Had to go back to check with the staff who had very poor customer service and said “we have run out of it” and gave the extra money I paid to shut my mouth. Have to tell them it’s not about the money it about the service and asked them to keep the money but to inform customers if the pizza is incomplete. For other customers if you order online, check the pizza when you pick up to avoid disappointment especially with this branch . I felt I was dealing with bunch of clowns who do not understand people skills and they treat you like they are doing you a favour.

Useless service! Ordered online, and went to pick up & they screamed from inside the store that they were closed wasted my gas & time, do not order from here. Tried to order from here today @ 11am via Uber eats and my order was canceled! Their staff are not properly trained on how to run a shop. Please replace them with workers who know what they are doing, cause they are clueless.

Called them 3x times trying to order a pizza, they didn’t pick up the phone. Went to the shop and they had 2x staff members not busy. One staff member said they were understaffed and that Dominos should know so I could go online and leave a review however, Dominos is not going to do anything at all.

I ordered two Pizza’s last Sunday, and it was very salty, and there were too many sauces on pizza. Look wise well presented.Food: 3/5

Service of Dominion Rd Dominio's is pathetic. We specifically ordered vegs delight, cheese garlic and chicken camembert pizza at 05.12pm for 07.15pm pickup, however the pizza was ready by 5.25pm. Staff was so rude and yelling on us that we have to pick up now as they will not make any other. Our order is ready. They were notredy to hear us out. We went ahead and picked up our order, however pizza was barely hot nd chicken came Bert has bacon in it. This is the worst ever service we received.

Ordered two pizzas online paid and when husband went for pick up they shut the doors and when staff came out to inform us and other people waiting to collect the order “our store is closed “ Online orders were open and on google opening time was showing till 11 pm When I asked they said we informed IT team to change the time on Google but they didn’t do which we cannot help. You will get your refund back in 2-3 working days. It’s not about money it’s about time and misleading information… such a pathetic
