Domino's Pizza St Heliers

App implied my pizza had been delivered and asked me to rate it. This sent my husband into panic mode, after half dozen attempts of calling and being disconnected I finally got through and asked to speak to the manager, only to hear him say to the lady answering the phone that he wasn't there! Unbelievable!! The pizza finally arrived at least 40 minutes later than it's confirmed delivery time. I thought the whole context of delivery is for the experience to be a stress free treat, won't be ordering from this bunch of wombles any time soon.

I brought a 3x pizza and sides last night for our work function and by the time I went home I noticed they made my pizza wrong and gave me a different dessert.nnI paid extra $5-10for new pasta pizza with chicken and it didn't come with any pasta bits.nnSo rang them and said i would be contacted but recieved no response. I also ordered chocolate rolls but recieved a small lava cake indtead without warning.nWe are all very disappointed at the service and won't be ordering here again

Pizza arrived 45mins late.Not cooked properly and seems like driver drops the bag and toppings were on one half and random 2 wedges in one box.This is the worst ever pizzas i had and the garlic bread was totally smashed.Worst service and pizzas.

Ordered a delivery order online via the app. We were waiting 50 minutes for our order of one pizza and chicken nibbles to which it never showed.nnCalled the store to then be informed our order had been canceled due to no delivery drivers in the store on a Sunday evening.nnNo contact to the customer was made. Only way we found out our order had been canceled was by calling the store… 50 minutes after the order was made.nnAvoid at all costs.

Bad customer service. Domino's system accidentally picked up the store from my previous order, called them but Manager had a communication issue could not understand English and refused to cancel the order, you can enjoy my pizza lady.....I know there is a shortage of good staff, But atleast hire someone who can understand and speak simple English :nnGood to know It's not only me after checking other reviews for this store :
