If you’re looking for great customer service and if you’re the type of person who thinks having a booking means you’ll get seen within a reasonable time…this isn’t the place for you. If you’re wanting great prices for pretty good work and have time to spare then this is absolutely for you. If you don’t mind constant talking throughout your appointment and wondering if they’re talking about you then this is absolutely the place to come to! KC is always amazing with her lashes and if you’re quite chill about it all then definitely come here. You’ll be in a room with other people getting the same thing but it’s definitely value for money. If they had everything else controlled and professional then they’d probably charge a whole lot more. This place needs to stop lieng to people on the phone when booked appointments. My appointment was at 3pm and i got there 2:30pm and i waited for 1hr and a half. My second time there and honestly it will be my last. They leave customers hanging,they very greedy DO NOT TAKE MORE PEOPLE WHEN YOU CAN'T KEEP UP WITH THE TIME OR APPOINTMENTS. Staff constantly talking in their languages and sometimes they will stop doing their work and just chat while u are laying there sore ears and wanting to be gone. HORRIBLEServices: Manicure

Am a regular client here I had txt their number on Tuesday asked if they had any appointments available on Friday and got no response so I msged again and they got back to me and said they had 2pm available and to come in. When I came in at 2pm the lady that was at the door turned me away saying I didn’t have an appointment and said if I wanted my lashes done I’d have to wait after the appointments and the walk ins which would’ve been hours so I just left. Don’t tell customers that you have these times available if they’re not available and to turn me away and say that I’d have to wait after the walk ins was it for me. I had msged days ahead.

My favourite and only place I go to now! The staff are all friendly and soooooo good at what they do especially Sally. I haven’t been anywhere else since I started coming here and they offer a variety of services. I would definitely recommend coming here!Services: Waxing

The workers here need to be sacked! Especially the lash technicians. This place and owner not workers was suggested to my daughter from her friend. The lash service was horrible. She went to get them removed elsewhere because they were irritating, and the lash technician said they stuck the majority of the lashes onto the skin, and that they were glued onto more than one lash, which is not how they’re meant to be applied. This is not qualified work! She barely has any eyelashes left. I’m so angry at what this stupid person has done. Idiot! $85 for bad serviceService: Eyelash extensions

All I can say is this place is something you need and MUST try. Highly Recommended to everyone that is seeking pampering and we all ladies deserve it Young or Old. First And The Last… Myself N my sister stopped in she got her lashes no problems she loved them.. I myself wanted acrylics lashes removed and a new set of flares… nail service was great till the colour choice it looked grey on the sample but it was more of a natural finish OK Moving Forward… Nails are done I had provided pictures below as u should have been able to see all the glue underneath but u can.. that’s annoying… now lashes to be removed I was left on the chair in which I did my nails and had the lash remover product applied well surrounded by 4other customers for more then 15mins eyes started stingy her reply oh it’s cause ur tearing up well what did they expect it was stinging after almost half n hour they were finally removed eyes still irritated…. Finally able to see all there product was all over my mask and top at this point I was already annoyed then to put a new set of lashes as asked they pull out a beach chair and expected me to sit up and have my new set put on well cramped in a small room were 2other customers were having lashes done…I payed for my nails n removal or lashes and left… Tooo tight for space and time f they are unable to do the customer just say so… I get it moneys everything but it isn’t worth it if there is no professionalism… MY OPINION I Wouldn’t Go Back..Service: Manicure

First time ever to get my lash done here at this place and was recommended to come here by a friend also my sister. At first I was nervous to get it done for the first time because of the negative reviews I saw on here. Cos it's my first time ever to get it done I went for a natural look with single lashes. And I have to say they did well and was happy with the outcome. I've had a chat to one of the girls about the reviews on their website and had a few laughs as she explained what had happened. I mean there's always 2 sides to the story and I'm not picking any sides I'm just saying we're all human and we make mistakes. But I mean with the talking I don't mind at all as long as they get the job done also because I've got a lot of siblings I'm use to the noise. wasn't even noisy they just chatting to each other I mean imagine yourself working for 8hrs everyday spending time with people other than your family not only just to make money but to also make them look good. But hey each to their own opinion, well personally for myself the experience I've had was awsome And if you don't like anything that they're doing maybe it's better you tell them straight away don't be shy. Communication is the key just so they're mindful when you're in to get whatever done and also to check with them before you go ahead with the process I'm this happy with my lashes I'm writing paragraphs and NO they did not push me to write any reviews I CHOSE to do it on my own thank you I'll be back for my next appointment

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I wouldn't waste my time coming back here. Got my eyebrows done and she stained my jumper with the wax. Didnt even do a good job either. Poor service & so uncomfortable. All they do is talk and I find it very rude, especially if there talking in there language. Never again.
