Went in today was terribly disgusted at my nails… acrylic was all over the place, shaping out of whack and gel polish terribly uneven… I asked the lady if she could do a few touch ups…. Her reply “have you had acrylics before?” Yes I have! She got all frustrated at me and burnt my nail with the file… I will never go back.Service: Acrylic nails

awful. both me and my friend came out with crooked nails, superglued extensions on not even nail glue. filed so hard and rough that multiple fingers were bleeding. do not recommend.Services: Nail designs

My go-to nail place for gel manicure. Usually just walk in and they are able to do nails right away. Nice staff and nice manicure job

Booked on Saturday for two pedicures@9am we were late by 8 minutes, we were taken straight away to our chairs then our feet to soak in lukewarm water 50 minutes later still soaking by now in cold water we decided we were leaving. You had 6 technicians with 8 ladies having manicures. There is your problem over booking not once did any of the staff check to see if we were okay. I would never come back there or recommend your establishment there is no service. There was only 1 technician that apologised she was nice as for the rest Rude.Service: Pedicure

I have been to many nail salons and none as dirty as this one. The brushes and files used were old and dirty and the bits of previous clients nails and acrylic dust covered everything in sight. There was no spraying down a surface after a client and therefore left for the next client to sit amongst. The foot spa liner was emptied into the spa at the end of a session and another liner put in its place with no sanitising in between. I don't think this place has ever been cleaned or sanitized. It is unhygienic ladies and for their prices there are far superior salons around. The girl doing my pedicure was more interested in watching Mr Bean on the TV than what she was doing with my pedicure. I was there for nearly 2 hours so had plenty of time to view the salon and at no time did I witness any cleaning between clients. This is appalling so careful ladies who knows what skin problems you can catch here. Advice....go somewhere clean.Services: Pedicure

So basically I just went in there to see the prices, and what services they have. I’m not sure who but this lady comes to reception, and ask’s what she can help with. So I told her I’m looking at getting my acrylics removed and I just wanna see the prices. But before I could even finish my sentence she says “we’re busy right now so come back in an hour” then walks off. I’m so stunned by how rude she was toward a paying customer. I will never set foot in there if their customer service is that bad.

I have been coming to Cindy for a very long time and she never fails to disappoint! Always leave the Salon feeling super happy with my nails. Lovely service from everyone and I highly recommend Cindy for all your nail needs.Service: French manicures

First time here and i wish I read the reviews first. It's not clean, no customer interaction. I asked for my nails fo be filed round but got square. If they weren't busy talking in their language to one another may help. Just rude. Won't return.Services: Dip powder
