Daniel, Andy and the team are amazing! I have been going here since they opened 4 years ago and have never received anything less than perfect treatment! From the amazing designs they do to the relaxing pedicure they never say no, always work with a smile and leave me walking out with gorgeous nails every time. I will never go anywhere else. I went to have my nails done for a wedding. I did not have an appointment and they were very kind to fit me in on the day. It was my first time having my nails done. I went for acrylics as I thought they would be quicker and easier to manage. Plus i thought maybe they would be alright with my nails. The appointment didn't take too long. And i was satisfied with my nails. So i can't complain. Staff during the appointment were chatting among themselves. I didn't mind much but some people might find this disrespectful. So maybe be mindful. Specially speaking on a language your client do not understand. Some people are insecure and might think you are gossiping about them. Otherwise the service was good. It was my first here. But I can say that if i was someone who like having fake nails on all the time, I would return. Thank you

I got my girl friend a Pedicure the staff were so amazing kind and the quality was amazing, She was seen very quickly so thank you if she asks me to pay for anther time at least I know she in a good hands. She has gone too other nail stores and they have destroyed the ball of her feet this place really take care of it and really made her feel welcomed.Services: Foot massages

I used to go to palace nails regularly before COVID they were great couldn't fault them. However since they came back I'm less than impressed to say the least. My nails are never how I want them, you end up waiting a long time even if you have an appointment and my last experience they were very rude to me and another customer in there. First and last time there. Incredibly rude so I don’t know if the ppl saying staff are lovely went to the same place. The lady doing my nails was slapping and pushing my hands, not properly talking to me or guiding my hands towards the lamp or whatever position, she was just gesturing like you would do to a dog. Never once looked me in the eye or engaging with me. I told her she scratched the layer of shellac as there was a line across the nail. She replied with “mm” and did nothing. Also pay attention to the pricing and ask for a price breakdown or ask before how much it would cost for a certain colour you’re picking because they raise the prices as they want. Wouldn’t return nor recommend going there.

Waited 45mins past my appointment time with no apology or explanation. When I went to leave I said I was leaving, and said I'd been waiting a ridiculous amount of time, the reply was 'Ok'. Went 2mins down the street to E&E Nails and Cosmetics and it was a completely different experience! They saw me then and there. They were polite and welcoming. Gave advice on what was best for my nails and on the colour I wanted. Avoid this place and go 2mins down the street for outstanding service and gorgeous nails!

Booked for a pedicure and sns on hands . It would appear there is only one member of staff that can pick up the phone , make bookings , take money as the gentleman that did my feet spent more time walking off and tending to others than actually doing my feet . Not what you expect when you’re paying for a treatment . Sns applied to nails already looks like I have growth as it’s not been applied far enough down, chose sns as it’s hard wearing , not in this case , thumb nail already chipped off and other nails look scratched never had this before toes weren’t checked before leaving and subsequently scuffed when I got home so I had to take off and do myself . Not really sure what I got for my £55 if I’m honest . Sorry won’t be returning

The staff were VERY RUDE! My first time getting acrylic nails and came in due to being recommended. I obviously wasn't aware to change hands as she didn't say a word but slapped my hand repetitively and left my cuticles bleeding when trimming them which in my opinion was very unprofessional and didn't clean the tools either which was grim! shall never be returning.

They managed to book me in last minute and done a really neat job of my nails which was exactly what I asked for, staff are lovely and it’s only £30 for pink and ombre acrylics!
