May Nails - Howick

Usually when I go here the service is great and my nails look great. But today I had my toes done, a pedicure and the staff member cut my toe, made it bleed and blamed it on “dry skin” when it was definitely her cutting it with the cuticle scissor. I was offered no reparations or apologies and charged the full amount. I don’t think I want to go here again. Which is disappointing.Service: Pedicure

So I went for a pedicure and the place has changed so much. They got new massage chairs, new tables and the vibe is much better since last time I visited. I do highly recommend getting a spa pedicure. Honestly it is so relaxing, plus they massage your legs/feet which is an extra bonus Update: I had manicures done over the years but haven't gone back in ages, I would say manicures are good if you're looking for something simple with solid colours I haven't had the confidence to ask for art. Hence, I can't give a review on their designs, but it's a nice place.

The pedicure service was really good. The feedback I would like to provide is that I find it offensive that the staff all have clients with them and they are all talking and laughing between themselves in a foreign language whilst attending to their clients. It is a bit uncomfortable They need to improve their customer services.Services: Manicure
