Stopped in for a prawn chow mein a few weeks ago. The dish was well cooked, but a little on the bland side - not much flavor. Had crispy noodles not my favorite but still ok and veges were fresh. Parking: Only a few spots outside and they're usually full. You can park over the road sometimes but they're usually full as well, or you can park further down Gt South Rd. Sometimes there are parks on Market Rd just around the corner. It's a lottery as to whether you will get a park nearby or not.

Diamond Takeaways’ special fried rice I’ll always grab a hotdog on the side with sauce is straight up the best I have ever had and I’ve tasted many because I love fried rice. It has prawns, egg, pork and cashews literally second to none!

Spent $80 on our order via UberEats & was disappointed with the food. We aren't fussy people but literally had to dump our food out after trying each bit. We got: - Chicken chow mein: Tasteless - had to add soya sauce and siracha, still couldn't finish it - Lemon Chicken: Couldn't stomach to eat this, had a weird plastic and chemical smell and after taste to it - Wontons: Ok, just what you would usually expect - Chips: Ok but not crispy - Cheeseburger: Ok, just what you would usually expect Guttered we wasted our money.

I ordered a special fried rice and a sweet and sour chicken, I was told it would be ready in 20 mins and it was ready in just over 10 mins, very very tasty and delicious I can absolutely recommend this place, welcome and thank you.Food: 5/5

Ordered the pad Thai and wontons with sauce on Uber eats. Came nice and hot. Wonton sauce was separate big portion so they didn’t get soggy. Wontons were fresh and hot. Pad Thai was large and also perfect temp. Very yummy sauce. Enough for 2 hungry people. Great prices.

Diamond Takeaways has been my favourite Chinese Takeaway since I moved to the area 1995!!! I’ve long since moved away but travel because I know my meal will be a consistent 5 great variety, clean and tidy and always realistic about pick- up times

I would give 5 stars, if I had have full size of the fish. I ordered two snapper at $7.50 each. There were two pieces of smaller size fish, something normally one fish from other shop. Other food was great.

Since new year in 2017, they have changed their pricing and it has made some customers angry. But I go there only when I don't have other options. Update in 2019: I have embraced the price increase. They are best Chinese in the surrounding neighborhood. They taste really awesome

We made an order online, and when we got there, our food was not ready, and we had to wait over 20 more mins. And they didn't even say sorry to us. They should've don't take online order if they are too busy and can't be ready on time.
