Curry House

I was just walking past this place and popped in for a quick meal. I had an excellent chicken palak and paratha. Lovely food, good value, the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated plus the staff were helpful and attentive. All you can ask for in a local restaurant. This will be my new local and takeaway as my old one closed. Chatting to the owner, he's been there over 20 years. Always a good sign.

I have always found the food at this restaurant totally authentic and delicious with very generous portions . The staff are extremely friendly and polite. They are very accommodating if you would like a particular dish altered to suit your taste . Even with delivery the food is hot, promt and to the same excellent standard as the restaurant food. My first choice for an Indian meal in this area.

We use this place regularly and are normally satisfied. We ordered tonight, and were told an hour's wait. We called after 1 hour and 20 minutes to check where our food was... and again after 1 hour and 45 minutes. The food finally arrived after more than 2 hours !! It was cold and the potatoes in the Bombay aloo were too hard. A very disappointing experience with no excuse or no gesture to compensate for our long wait...

Cracking takeaway. Asked for recommendation and got the chicken chat massala and chicken badami. Both delish!Food: 5/5

I only order takeaways from this place once every month on an average, Usual menu nothing new that you have not tried before, Why I go back to them is because it is very friendly priced, good portions and fast delivery. When you have spent a lot in the week on food and like to take care of your pocket this is the place to go. otherwise there is no wow factor or anything in particular that stands out or I could recommend to order. over all a decent 3 stars!

Absolutely disgusting pakora full of grease to the point even the tray was full of grease and chicken well over done and tough.... delivery driver miserable and not very friendly at all and also slammed my door.... CTM no taste whatsoever... very dire food... used to use these years ago will definitely not return

Its a local curry house to me, which i visited for the first time the other day. Myself a couple of friends had a really nice meal, service was good we weren't rushed nor were we waiting any length of time for the food to arrive. When the food arrived it was hot from the kitchen and its was very tasty. I've had a few curries out and about recently and i can say this was one of the best. Prices are as you would expect nothing was unreasonably charged , and the staff are friendly which always helps.

Athough we normally get a takeaway from here and pick it up from the shop the food is normally good. However the past two times have had a chicken dish the chicken has been pink and raw. The coconut rice had salt instead of coconut and a side dish is normally missed off.

Simply superb. Best curry I've had in years. Great friendly staff. I'll be back
