Maharaja Indian Restaurant

Have ordered a couple times off Uber eats now and it’s happened twice - curry has separated and leaves A LOT of oil/water in the base of the bowl which I’ve never had from any other Indian restaurant, it’s almost like the curry is watered down and to be frank a bit fowl. On a positive note their naan is very nice

Outstanding flavours! The staff can’t be more accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere is super down to earth but at the same time it transports you to a different country. The food is so delicious. I recommend it with no doubt!

Welcoming service. Hot plates and tasty hot food. Very obliging staff. Highly recommended by the four of us.

A hidden gem, we barely noticed it driving past because it looks like a house but when you look properly it is beautifully setup outside and in, awesome helpful waiter and extremely yummy food at an awesome price, highly recommended. All 5 of us in Christchurch for one night from auckland were satisfied, full and happy

Dropped in for lunch and very impressed with the Maharaja. Great service and delicious food. The lunch Thali special was incredible value. Will definitely be back.

We had an awesome time there with avery large group and the service was world class!!! Everyone of us enjoyed the evening, nothing was too much for the staff!! Very highly recommended! Thank you guys, have a great happy new year and we will return soon.
