Had an amazingly quick,dinner experience here at Arjee Bhajee. We we were running short of time and had to get a bite real quick before our movie and their FOH staff was so remarkable and kind,he arranged everything for us perfectly that left us extremely satisfied. We were there on Good Friday where most of the Indian restaurants were closed/closing due to less customers, but these guys were kind enough to keep it open and serve food when we needed it the most. Really appreciate it. We had the gorgeous lamb Rogan Josh and Butter Chicken ,they were soooo delicious and also their naan was just exceptional. Would definitely come back for more when we are in town the next time. Thanks a lot !
Overwhelming of cloves to taste. The rice was to oily for me. The potion of lamb was disappointing and was a little though. The Nan was still doughy and garlic did not fuse into dough.
By around 8:30pm the restaurant was empty apart from another person. We had made a booking prior to coming and there were not enough menus for each individual, however when we eventually made our orders the waiter was very helpful and informative on helping us decide what to order and he waited for about an extra 10 minutes so we could make our orders. When served, the food appeared to be in small portions but it was actually enough for two people. The price was also good for the portion size. I haven't had much Indian food but this was the best Indian food I've had so far. Would recommend.
Went and got the $25.00 dinner deal. Was told a 20 minute wait, got there on time but had to wait another 10 or 15 minutes. Decent amount of food and seemed like good value but it was only warm when we served it up so it had to be reheated. The food tasted ok, not bad but not great either. I guess it completely reflects the price. I've read other reviews talking about the unfriendly front of house staff and I can say I noticed that as well. I can't say I'll be going back though.
Delicious. Perfect Indian food
Delicious food and quite a selection to choose from. Despite being short staffed they still provided attentive service with a smile. Heartily recommendFood: 5/5
Really nice service very helpful. the vegan dumplings delicious if you get them I wait for them to cool down! they come out kind of hot. and the sauce that comes with them is for me the right kind of spiciness smooth but with a kick!
18 months ago, this was our favorite restaurant. However appears to have changed owners, and now is no longer sole Indian focused, with a mixed Nepalese menu. Last night my wife and I dined in. Entrees arrived within time, asked for water, didn't arrive. My wifes Aloo gobbi was mainly cauliflower with little potatoe and sauce. My usual Lamb madras was ok, however no longer was the lamb melt in the mouth, and lack of sauce. We had to wait 40 minutes from entre'e till mains. Asked 2nd time for water, and was finally supplied. Lighting above us was blinking, and noted some minor maintenance around needed to be done. So now on the hunt for a new favorite Indian restaurant. Maybe Coriander's.
Some of the nicest indian food I've ever had. Garlic naan, kasmiri chicken and butter chicken was amazing. Really lovely guy serving and very clean tidy restaurant. Totally recommend this place
We had a very good experience at Arjee Bhajee ,First and foremost we started our dinner with some delicious Starter, then we had naan ,lamb saag and gorkhali chicken , it really delicious. staff also very helpful. surely we will be back.
