We went for dinner, we were sitting down for ages before someone came to take our order. The first thing she said was “have you been told what we DON’T have”! After well over an hour of waiting for our meals I went up and asked how much longer it would be, then our meals came out in a mad rush! One pizza was burnt while the other was barely cooked. My son won’t even finish the pizza as it was that bad! All our 4 meals were below average. We had no cutlery or water at our table and not even an apology for the late meals they had obviously forgotten about! Terrible food and service, will never go back.
Very disappointed. This is the second time we have been to this place for dinner. This time it was a pre-booked table for a birthday celebration at 7:30. We waited 1h 45mins for our food to arrive!!! They forgot things off our orders, chips were not cooked properly, the burgers had two bottom buns or two tops. The meals were cold when they finally arrived. The food was really unpleasant in every aspect and everyone left with food still on their plate. Considering there were a handful of people within the restaurant we are all confused as to why it took so long to cook our meals and why they were in the state they were in.
The food is outstanding! Slow cooked lamb was out of this world and my partner had pork belly looked amazing. Friendly staff and they had some live music.
A little dubious at how quiet it was but not long after going in it started to fill up. Absolutely beautiful food, and very generous portions at great value. We left happy and full. The staff were beyond friendly, highly recommended
Good place for a drink. The bartender was a real gem! Cracked a lot of jokes with me and made me smile. Good stuff - I'll stop in again next time I am rolling through.
Very welcoming. Awesome ham and cheese toastie. Nachos came out cold with burnt corn chips but it was no issue to return and they made another one and they were worth the wait. Overall it was an enjoyable lunch.
We went for a birthday celebration booked a table for 7:30 waited 1:45 for meals to come they were terrible steal wasn’t cooked how I asked for it to be cooked meals were cold and very unpleasant meal won’t be coming back
We went here based on the amazing reviews and their website discussing the amazing food delivered by a Michelin chef. However, our garlic bread was inedible not cooked, chicken snitchel burnt and the menu did not contain pork belly or any of the other delicacies described. There is a menu at the bottom of the website page which is closer to the current menu but even that wasn't correct. Wouldn't recommend
Good food well cooked and great service.
After booking a table for 6.30, we were waiting 20min to be seated. Staff told us there would be a 45min wait for food as they were busy and understaffed, we were fine with that. Kids meals were great and no issues here. Waited 1hr 15min for the first of adult meals. Garlic bread was good apart from some of it still being frozen inside. Fish and chips, fish was greasy, dry and almost burnt, chips were greasy and almost burnt. Caesar salad was awful, it did not taste like Caesar salad dressing, chicken was dry and hard. Chicken was hit and miss, some was dry and overdone, others were fine but all the chips were greasy and almost burnt. Mushroom sauce looked like vomit, did not even taste. There was a mix up in the order, so the mixed grill never turned. When it did turn up, it was missing the steak. See photos Staff were friendly and very apologetic about the wait and the food. We only paid for the Kids meals and drinks, we did not pay for the adult meals. What an awful night, we will not be back again unfortunately
