We stayed here for 1 night. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staffs were friendly and helpful. WiFi was fast and stable. Great location, close to supermarket.nnOne thing really made us unhappy though... Some guests were not respect other people at all. Talking loud at balcony in the midnight near our windows even though we were asking them to keep quiet. Didn't shut the door when leaving balcony even there is a big sign hanging on the door, so it was so cold in the morning. Sometimes just cannot understand why some people keep doing things like this. Otherwise everything was great.
Great pub with good beers and great food.nThe pulled pork pizza was delicious and accompanied by a plate of chips/fries filled the gaps of 3 hungry bike riders. Definitely worth a stop if your in the area.
Just a short walk from Methven Camping Ground, we stopped in for a bit of lunch with our large dog, plenty of dog water bowls scattered around outside and our food was great! Highly recommend the salad with chicken, which they made gluten & dairy free for me, and it was so damn delicious!!!
This is the more tourist friendly pub in Methven, with a very welcoming vibe. We visited for dinner in December 2023, service was great with us all enjoying our food. The menu offers standard pub fare, with the prices pretty reasonable for the quality. Pub has both indoor and outdoor seating with a number of different areas including a pool table.
Great atmosphere. Top service with awesome food and a great happy hour!nOnly issue is access to and from accommodation is a bit of a pain.
