This place sucks. No staff at reception throughout the stay. whole place felt unwelcoming and dirty/ smelt bad, pool doesn't work but they don’t say that before purchasing , room a bit dirty dead flys on window sill, pubic hair from previous visitor in shower? body wash dispenser empty in shower, no plates or bowl or cutlery in room, no microwave, the entire place had horrible depressing lighting and you can hear every single thing people in rooms around you are doing . didn’t talk to staff at all during stay because there didn’t seem to be any? this place is by no means a “Resort” . almost left the same day we got there! the place was so sad
Very underwhelmed by this venue. Paid extra to stay at resort, but pool closed, restaurant & bar closed & virtually no staff. Service very poor as no one there on check in or out & when they did turn up, struggled to find my booking. I felt forgotten and some what unwelcome... sigh. Rooms were clean, tidy & comfy bed. Thank goodness for the pub down the road so I could eat out.

No staff on check in. Key left in envelope at reception desk. Place was empty and all facilities closed. Garden was overgrown and pool empty. Towels were lined against windows in one area that suggested leaking. We cut our losses and walked out.Rooms: 2/5
Lovely location and the room was great, beds comfy. However I was not impressed that the cleaning ladies were cleaning the room opposite ours at 7.30am, door open and chatting away. I was trying to sleep! And all I can hear are the 2 ladies waffling on!! Not impressed! You can hear what guests are doing in the next room as well.
We went to the restaurant for dinner Friday night. From star to finish, we had a fabulous time. Meet just inside the door and directed to restaurant, greeted at the door of the restaurant with happy smiling friendly staff. Richie showed us to our seats and explained how it all worked. Drink order taken and menu given. We then proceeded with the rounds of food. Good, absolute delight, the people, and the food. We would travel again from down south just to have this delightful experience again! Five it of five people!
We booked four double rooms. We had an awesome stay. Rooms well equipped. We had the all you can eat at the resort resturant and we all really enjoyed it. Very impressed. Beautiful range of food. Lovely staff. We played lots of pool and sat by the fire. Great stayRooms: 5/5
Thank you for being available for our booking yesterday/today, I sincerely hope that you and your staff will be well again soon. I am disappointed though ,that we booked a more expensive room hoping it would be a great experience, only to find it quite plain and tiny. Not even anywhere to sit , other than the beds. This is not how the room is advertised "superior" in name only sorry. The bar and open fire were closed due to Covid and staff shortage I am guessing. We were so looking forward to sitting by the fire and bar as advertised shown on your website. As these facilities were not open, it did nothing to enhance my special 65th birthday holiday shout. $144.00 could have been well spent somewhere else sorry. Thanks D& H
Really nice and clean resort and a wonderful service Food & drinks: Really low on prices
No hot water.. not even a plug in the basin to use to wash after boiling jug. We ordered restaurant food ..it took 50 minutes.. asked for room to be Services but it got forgotten so had to take our rubbish to reception and get our own supplies.Rooms: 3/5
