Don't like the new layout, and also how dull it is in there now. Previously it had a lot of natural lighting, now its very close in once you're inside the store, especially near the dairy and self service checkouts.
Nice countdown but unfortunately the feeling of being watched/followed by security is unwelcomed. Watch the right people next time and maybe you'll actually catch em.
Staff members are v. Good nd i got everything i wanted to purchase.
The store close at 10pm on Saturday but the security and the team are so desperate to go home that they will close the door at 9:30pm and start turning customers away. The security was rude and did not give any explanation at all.
Please MAKE SURE YOU ARE CHECKING THE PRICES on your products and that they are matching what they’re advertised as because it’s the 3rd time in one weeks I’ve got something and it’s not scanning up as it’s advertised and then your check out staff want to not bother to correct it or fix it USELESS BE BETTER COUNT DOWN WEST GATE
Renovated and looks great. Seems soo much bigger inside. I like the new outlook and isles.
Omg countdown how can you sleep at night knowing you profit from people's poverty during this time. How can justify 11 dollars for 750 grams of bran flakes ? And that's just one stupidly over priced product you sell . .
Great store to pop into for a few items but wouldn't do a full shop.

Spacious with a good range of products. Was surprised they don't sell alcohol though. Apparently it is a West Auckland thing.
