Emma was amazing! I tried looking everywhere for a limited edition ‘anti bullying’ tee shirt and couldn’t find one. I approached Emma who had initially said they had sold out. She offered to have another look just incase. She insisted although she didn’t have to. To my surprise she came back after a few minutes and handed me the tee which was perfect. It was the very last one. Emma was very efficient, patient and accommodating. Thank you Emma for going over and above. I appreciate your excellent service. Your boss and fellow staff should be very proud. Keep up the great work.

My experience by cotton on was the best I have had so far around auckland. The lady's name who was helping us me and my friend was Ash. She was really really really sweet, kind, caring and respectful the whole time we were there. She always was smiling and always asked if we were okay and if we needed help. I really recommend going to cotton on body by Sylvia park and if you are able to be assisted by Ash, you will see how amazing she is.

unsure as to why this specific store, doesn't answer the phone when customers call? I've literally tried to ring this store, 5 times this morning and no one wants to answer. how many staff do you have on that just one person cant answer the phone? Yous would fail completely if it was a mystery caller.
