Macpac

We visited this store on the 29th January and Jenny, who was helping us, went out of her way to answer our questions and help us find what we needed. When I accidentally left my phone at the store Jenny ran outside and crossed the road to return it to me. Thanks so much for the cheerful and friendly service.

Great place to buy stuff like rain jacket, warm jacket, backpack, tent and many other accessories needed for picnic, trekking etc... It is authentic Macpac shop, so everything is a original stuff. They keep having sales to get stuff for a good discount​. Otherwise it may end up being a expensive deal.

Do not go to this MacPac. The customer service is terrible, no one greeted on arrival, or offered any assistance. When approach the register to pay, the counter was dirty and covered with security tags. One customer rep was unresponsive and the other was stuck up and arrogant. Wanted to leave our items on the register and walk away, if not for the quality of the clothing and price. Please hire better staff, or you will lose customers.

Very friendly stuff. Enjoyed their patients and big smile! After helping with planning my trip, one of them Rotem suggested me to join him to a day trip at Waitākere Ranges Regional Park, which was a great adventure

Rotem attended to me today & I could not recommend his service & attention to my needs for a jacket more highly. I ended up purchasing 2 jackets for different conditions as without being pushy, he was a joy to deal with. A real asset to Macpac & will certainly refer family & friends to him. Received great customer service, the staff spent time checking that my pack was a good fit. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Prices were very affordable.

Great place to shop. We bought couple of travel/hiking backpacks and the manager was very helpful in explaining the usage and functionality of them in detail. We would like to thank for his time and sharing the knowledge with us during a busy day. Products are of high quality in Macpac and if you are looking for travel gear, they are the specialists.

Really enjoyed shopping at Macpac Newmarket . I was buying hiking boots, socks and walking poles for Heaphy track. My friend and me had a interesting chat and ended up buying it all from Macpac ! Love my. new boots too. Thank you for the great service
