What a magical little place! I've purchased two things from here: outdoor festoon lighting about 3 months ago and indoor fairy lights about a year ago. The quality of both is excellent, the prices are reasonable higher than a big box store, yes, but also much better quality, and the service is phenomenal. The owner was so helpful, explaining all the different options and helping me pick the right thing for what I was trying to do rather than just the most expensive option. My youngest has the indoor fairy lights and she's hard on things, but they look perfect still and have shown no sign of breaking in almost 1yr. If you have need of plug-in or battery- powered indoor or outdoor lighting, I highly recommend The Fairy Light Shop!

As an Arborist who installs lights in trees, I love working with Belinda and using her high quality products in tree Lighting. She sources the best materials and has good warranties too. I highly recommend using her products!

I purchase some lights from this store and they delivered the wrong ones, I’ve tried multiple times to contact them and haven’t heard anything back. Don’t buy from them unless your willing to take the risk that if they deliver the wrong item they won’t assist you or change them over.

We recently bought festoon lights from the Fairy Light shop. The customer service was truly outstanding. We bought the lights the last Friday before Xmas and Belinda went over and above the call of duty to make sure we got them before the looming holiday. epic!

I was looking for some fairy lights to fill a space in our restaurant, found the website and spoke with Belinda who was very helpful in advising me. Ordered online and received the order promptly. Got festoon lights delivered.  Asked for them to be delivered in a pretty tight timeframes and they were!! Lights are great, excellent quality. Also, super happy about the lack of plastic packaging. Great service,  excellent product

Bought some festoon lights from here a few weeks ago and they have totally made our outdoor BBQ area. So much so that I had to go back for christmas presents. The quality, variety and prices are great and the service is even better
