The room is so spacious and has everything you need. The size was perfect for my family. Room was clean and comfortable. On top of all of this, the location is exceptional, walk to everything and so much right on your doorstep. Friendly helpful staff at reception. Fantastic stay!
We are a group of 6 people on a business trip and recently stayed in Clifton Court Motel in late October 2024. It was our first time staying at this motel. The location is so handy that we could easily walk to almost everything within 5-10 minutes including supermarket, restaurants, the Council, CBD shops, and all amenities. The rooms are very clean, spacious and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. The parking spaces are huge. In particular, the hosts Anne and Mark are very friendly, welcoming and professional. We arrived and checked in quite late and they got everything ready for us and they have even printed out invoices for us. This is an extremely pleasant stay, much better than most of our business trip accommodations. Whenever we visit this area in the future, we will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this top quality motel to everyone, business men/women in particular.
Recently our group stayed in 5 units over 3 nights. The cleaning staff and weekend manager did an excellent job. No complaints there. They were friendly and helpful. But they were let down by their overall managers who were more concerned with following covid guidelines Nov 24? than caring for their customers. They avoided speaking to us and when they did their tone was abrupt and impolite. We wondered why they didn't wear masks? We were disappointed in their attitude which made us feel unwelcome. A real pity as we were there for a special occasion which had been months in the planning.nI've just read the manager's reply. Wow! I hardly said a word to them except to say hello and introduce myself and to say I had a broken right arm. Was that being rude? My painful arm prevented me from holding my bag so I put it down and got my other one.nOh dear! All a misunderstanding, I think, on both sides. If they had explained the problem in the first instance we would have understood where they were coming from. I should add that our units were well prepared and quite comfortable.nA thank you for our business would have been appreciated and a courteous manner on their part would have gone a long way to make us feel welcome.
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient. Very enjoyable stay!
Great experience close to everything walking distance supermarket park and the chilly air. And if you like cats she's a big softy. Smoking only outside with ashtrays. Plenty room for the kiddies with a trampoline. 4 day stay. . Rooms are done daily.
