Reasonable new and spacious, we did a motorhome road trip from South Island, stopped here for a leg day training and a hot shower . Definitely better than holiday parks. LOL

Loved this gym. A bit challenging to get to if you are not driving and coming fromnthe city centre.

Nice gym, after seeing some comments I will avoid going after work, Palmerston North has 2 city fitness, hopefully we will see another in Hamilton soon.

This place is really nice to get your work out done, big, clean, tidy most of the time, friendly and helpful staff and more than one of everything so you won’t wait long for your turn.

I find it to be very judgemental and critical, especially from the managerial side. I really love the equipment and the gym members the only thing that lets it down is the manager. The regional manager Finn really tries his best to make sure the members are well looked after and safe, however hiring young staff with little or no life experiences can make it difficult to adjust to the place. Having more experienced older staff members with more life experiences usually offers more understanding. I only go there maybe once or twice a week and only for the leg equipment. I believe the leg equipment there is the best in H-town and the price of $6.99 a week is the best. Since the review above, I've made positive changes towards being a lot more calm and at peace and because of that the management has also made positive efforts to meet me halfway, management and I are definitely more mature in our approach to each other and I believe we will continue to grow, a win, win situation and that's what was both our agendas I believe, props to management and I'm genuinely loving the times I train there now. Awesome gym, good facilities and awesome staff

Good gym all in all. Only bummer is there are absolutely no boxing bags or anything to that effect. You can train on pads with one of the personal trainers. That in itself is great, but bags would be even better. Trainers are great and gym is always clean and it's a great price.
