I shop in very casual clothing. I have done this kind of shopping for decades. I do so to see who has good customer service. With that said....the store had 3 very well dressed ladies as staff who spent the entire time I was in store talking to each other instead of waiting on me. I was the only customer in the store for the entire time. The store was beautiful. But I had wanted to renew my wardrobe since I had lost 30 lbs. I will never return to Chico's. They lost....I spent my money elsewhere.
Love Chico's. Hadn't been in awhile and forgot how helpful and nice the Sales clerks were. They even ordered my size when it wasn't in the store.
I love Chico’s.. They know how to make Women my age look good. I dearly love My store in the St. Matthews Mall.. The manager Ellen and her staff are the Very Best!
I had a particular dress in mind and described it to the clerk. She found the perfect one for me and now it's my absolutely favorite dress.
This is my favorite shop. I head straight for the clearance racks, I usually find something I love at a very good price. Also the sales girl at this location was very sweet and attentive, I really appreciated her help.
Exceptional customer service, quality merchandise a d a nice 40% off sale. The white no wrinkle no iron shirt classic, comfortable and stylish. Very flattering shirt which washed well too.

This Chico’s in The Mall is one of the Chico’s where I shop locally. I live closer to the one in the Paddock Shops. That said, I have had outstanding service from the staff at this shop. They have gone out of their way when I have had special requests. I love shopping at Chico’s.
Good mature women clothing!
Comfortable shopping not rushed helpful staff yes prices are high but the quality is exceptional.
