Nice location near central Timaru. Comfortable rooms with a small kitchen would make extended stays welcome. Rooms were very quiet. My only complaint is the shower stall is a bit too small - but plenty of hot water !
The Cedar Lodge Motel was fantastic. The motel unit was very clean and amaculate. I couldn't hear any road noise, and the lady and her son that have the motels were very welcoming. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.
We stayed here in early May, the time we stayed here, there was a rally and the rally cars started revving the engines very early in the morning. it would have been nice to be told that it would get noisy as we were only told that they were staying.
We spoke to the lovely Jody on the phone. She was so friendly and helpful. The unit was well appointed, tidy, very clean and quiet. A portacot was available on request but we chose just to use the single bed. What an excellent place to stay. We look forward to staying again in the future.
Great cozy motel; really clean and well maintained, ample convenient parking, friendly staff! Perfect
