Extremely poor service, response and attention to requirements.nI booked their function room for a sales presentation. I tried several times to discuss our event requirements but kept getting told that the events person was busy and would contact me. Finally got an email the morning of the event which asked me for event requirements I had emailed several days ago. I finally got an opportunity to discuss our requirements only a few hours before the event. Despite getting told that everything will go as required, the food still showed up late which disrupted the flow of our sales presentation. The water urn was also noisy and kept turning on/off during the presentation. Coffee was not available till requested after the event started. The venue was also very noisy due to it's location next to the motorway.nSay clear of this place, they will disappoint.
Stayed in parking area in our motorhome prior to catching the ferry the next day. Good parking but expensive at $69 per night. Yes showers were included but they are in a pretty poor state, they desperately need a makeover. Peeling paint, horrible floors which don’t drain well. Meal was ok with good staff. Wouldn’t stay again.
Camper vaned here, no grass just tarmac but facilities are good and it's a great spot for the night before a ferry and the closest to town.nHad a camper van and car, got charged 15 dollars to leave my car in the almost empty lodge car park though which was a shame. Most places wouldn't give a toss and just let you park up.
Perfect location just of the ferry, restaurant, easy trailer parking. Old world motel with easy convenience, don't expect brand new. Highly recommend
Absolutely awesome service with awesome people, a super close place to the ferry terminal so there's no rush out the door super early, was a perfect place to kick back and just relax, I couldn't of been more happy with my stay, thank you guys
