AAA Mana Motel

I was coming down for industry training and assessments, and the location of my classes was in an area that didn't have any accommodation close. I called the motel, and Jasbir was very accommodating to my needs as I was arriving after reception hours. Jasbir made the process so seamless.nnI was even offered a cheaper rate for a room that met all my needs. Room was clean, with a nice balcony, and bonus I had a kitchenette to cook my meals.nnI will be using AAA Mana Motel when my staff come down to Wellington for training.nnThank you AAA Mana Motel.

Stayed this weekend. Not recommend. Not clean. Dog bones under couch. Dirty toilet. Needs bug bomb. Nice people. We should have been offered refund. Didn't use anything except the bed. Needs a complete overhaul.

Internet is horrible, having a 0.3 mbps upload and 1.5 mbps download during the day with it peaking at 40 mbps upload and 60 Mbps upload at 4:30 am.nnThe balcony lock broke making it impossible to lock or unlock.nnMicrowave was purely cosmetic as it didn’t work even when plugged in with the power on.nnFridge had mysterious brownish liquid covered in paper towels we still don’t know what it wasnnDishes weren’t cleaned properly when we first arrived.nnHeater did nothing being also purely cosmeticnnHowever the interior was fine and the beds were comfy.nn2/10

Met our needs. We were surprised to find there was no option for heating although I didn't feel cold, it might be different in colder weather. The service was exceptional. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The outdoor patio was lovely. Would stay there again.

I personally would not reccomended staying at this motel establishment.nLooked presentable online.nUnit was opened for me by management. But to my unpleasant surprise was greeted with dog motions on the patio concrete.nAsked to be taken care of manager. Transfered to Unit next door.nAnother problem was it took several minutes to lock the ranchslider door as the door lock was not working like they should.nFeft insecure about.
