i have pre order 3 days before for egg less cake,, when i goes for pickup I have to wait for 25mints,, and when we cut cake at home it was too hard,, every one dislike cake and over sweet l. looks like they give expired cake.

Got a custom single layer vanilla sponge cake with frosting for sisters 21st. The frosting tasted plastic and the sponge cake was incredibly dry. Very simple cake made very badly. Revisit your recipes please for they need a lot of improvement especially with the price we were charged $120+ was not worth the money at all. A box cake would have been 100x better but we thought we’d get something special

I am extremely pleased with the custom cake I ordered from cheesecake manukau. It was so delicious and perfectly decorated. The way my son wanted. Pirate ship themed cake. Just beautiful. Thanks to the awesome staff.

“25% cakes in-store or online” advertised online, Facebook, Instagram etc so mum goes there to buy a cake & they wouldn’t give her the deal because apparently it only applies online..HOWEVER on the advertisement it clearly says IN-STORE OR ONLINE, they wouldn’t give us 25% until I threaten that I will be emailing head office because they are trying to avoid giving 25% like the advertising says. Definitely will NOT recommend this store at all. Caused such a headache when all they had to do is honour the advertisement & that’s it.

Very yummy cake. So soft and light. Mom loved the tropical torte and the midi size was good enough for a 7-8 pieces

The worst cake ever. Double chocolate mud cake. Which you would expect to be lovely and moist. Absolutely not. It was hard dry and crumbly. When I took it into the store the customer service Was horrific and said that the kitchen staff said that there was nothing wrong with the cake. And that if there was an issue it could have been a result of the Uber driver. Absolutely BS. She wasn’t interested at all. I told her she could keep the cake and eat it themselves and hoped They enjoyed it!

This is definitely our go to place for beautifully made cakes.... From your black forest to your Apple crumble, mango, passion fruit cheesecakes. Mmmmm definitely something for everyone.

Cheese Cakes are all time Favorite Delicious cakes. Awesome customer service. But They stopped dressing the sides of the cakes instead have a plastic wrap around the sides, couldn’t figure out the reason.

We came to pick up our online order cake but the worker said someone already picked it up. We never got our cake, we even showed her our online order receipt and the prove we never picked it up. She denied everything and refused to give us our order nor a refund. The worker Smruti was very rude to us keep cutting us off and completely dismissed us without even bother to listen. She acted as if we were scammers trying to steal a cake. I saw another review with the exact same problem so yes they’re definitely doing this on purpose to scam the customers and deny their faults. To other customers even if the other cakes shops are far it’s more worth it to go there than having to deal with this kind of rude services. Never go here unless you want to get scam and humiliated. If I can I would have given 0 stars rude staff, bad service and the cakes aren’t good quality.
