Great cheesecakes. Horribly stingy parking. So hard to get in and out without banging doors or scraping clothes along dirty cars. Ridiculous! Ferrer!
Good selection of ready made cakes and a well presented store. The cakes are always delicious too!
The cake was wrecked and the manager was absolutely rude. He new the product was like that but sold it to us anyway. We ordered it in advance so he's got all my details but refused to refund. We've been shopping at this shop for a long time but never again.
Quality has definitely sunk since last time I visited, signs all over the place playing the viral game. Service was consistent as other times and same rude boomer lady. 0/10 no better then woollies or coles. Will stay away.
Had to wait 39 min in a line for pre ordered cake. They are soooooo slow takes 5 minutes just to walk out the back and return with it.
