Pop's Shop

I’m not sure how good the work product is but the customer service is poor. I have a 2009 F150 that has a great deal of sentiment value. The body probably needs more than $15k in body work, which we budgeted for the project. To gauge the reasonableness of their cost I ask for a quote for just the rocker panels. Instead of giving me a quote, I was dismissively told that I should by a new truck instead of repairing this one. I asked for a quote, not an opinion. They apparently they have so much business they don’t need mine.Services: Painting

deserves a 0 star rating!!!! This company is working with Hank's Auto Glass to "fix" the chips and scratches they made in my husbands truck, which had a brand new paint job until going to Hanks. So, to try to save face Hank's was going to have the problem areas worked on at Pop's shop. We dropped off the truck on Monday and went back today to pick it up. Pop's made scratches all down the side and added more problems to the paint job. The manager was so rude and terrible with customer service he would not even look at the damage that occurred to the truck while it was in the shop there. They also don't care if you're a God fearing man or not. We just wanted the problems fixed!!! Not more created DO NOT take your vehicle here to be worked on! They will create more problems than solutions! Hopefully you won't have to learn the hard way and do not ever use this company. Vengeance is mine say-it the Lord.Service: Painting

My 07 Tundra was vandalized. Insurance covered it so I went to pops. They went above and way beyond what had to be done. The new paint job is beyond amazing and I truly feel like I'm driving a new truck. The detailing afterwords to the amazing friendly easy to deal with team. I 100% recommend this shop.

Pop's shop was very efficient. While I had to make an appointment a couple of weeks out, they completed body work and paint repair in just 2 days. Any issue or questions I had were addressed professionally and immediately. Tim went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. Pop’s Shop is my new favorite place! I know they fix and paint cars but over Christmas someone took the passenger blinker cover from my truck ? because they didn’t want to buy the whole housing I guess? No one was open to help me either due to COVID or Holidays. Joe kindly stopped his working and came out and fixed it for me in a minute! No charge! My mom had her car painted earlier this year there with great service and results. My father used to take his vintage cars there for painting and help. I’m all in for Pop’s Shop! Very kind people like them are a rarity nowadays.... especially to old disabled hippie ladies on oxygen! A+ people!
