Burgundy Rose Motel

We were traveling with a dog so very grateful to find a dog friendly motel and the gentlemen that checked us is was great. The room was clean and basic with kitchenette, bathroom, TV, queen and single beds. I would have been happy enough but the mattress was so bad a day later my back is still sore, hubby ended up in the single bed as the roll together and springs in his back was too much to bare, he said it was a little better but not much and is also suffering. After pulling the sheets up and looking at it in the morning I think it's decades old. I'm not sure if all the rooms have mattresses like this or if this is the room they allocate to dog owners but it's not ok either way.

The Motel needs TLC. It doesn't matter if the business isn't busy, it would be a great opportunity to spring clean rooms which are empty. Únder the beds weren't vacuum. Definitely clean white sparkling sheets, unfortunately the grey covers needed to be washed. The soap containers weren't replenished. Room 3 maybe a suite unfortunately everything in that room needed to be washed. The shower was unhygienic, the shower curtains definitely needed a good soak in bleached. Very disappointed, Robbie was very helpful in every way to accommodate but lack of interest with his business.nAffordable for those who are desperate for accommodations.nSadly I hope the staff will be more efficient.nLaundry services is available..n$7.00 for washingn$7.00 for drying.n2 washings machinesn1 for ownersn1 for clientsn2 Dryers.n1 for Ownern1 for Clients.

Filthy room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet had not been cleaned, hair in sink and skid marks in toilet , skirtings are very dirty and mould in shower. Paint is all chipped and worn. Carpet is threadbare on places. Only 1 small armchair in room, so nothing to sit and watch TV on other than single bed.nTwo doors on kitchen cabinets were broken and we needed to ask for clean towels , cramped for three adults and definitely not suitable for elderly or disabled, despite when I called to book I was told room my disability friendly.nnWe will not be back.

Amazing value for money. Clean & big. Could fit a family of 5 in the room we stayed in & we learnt that it is pet friendly something to keep in mind. Lots of shampoo & conditioner and tea, hotchocolate & milk. Will definitely stay again.

The worst motel I have ever stayed in. Booked 2 nights. Did not return for 2nd night. Hole in the wall behind the front door. Very old and freezing cold. Duvet covers needed washing. Had to put blankets on beds ourselves. Window sills dirty and the room was very damp and smelt of mould. Will never go back there. Rather sleep in my truck. I was so outraged I had no words when I told the owner we just had to go. I always recommend motels to family and friends but this is one I will not.
