The best burger in town. Their can accommodate few groups inside and outside as well. Quick service. All the cutlery stuffs are provided. I had a mini burger which was enough for a person. Regular portion is big. Reasonable prices. I love the vibe. Halal certified chicken and beef. If you want it Halal, please tell them when putting the order. Very fresh and clean. Proper packaging.

First time eating Burger Fuel in several years. Not bad, by any stretch of the imagination, but a reminder that this franchise in particular and perhaps this chain in general has fallen from grace and that its giddy heights days are long since gone. Manifestly average food that has since been transcended by other burger chains, and the staff got my order not once, not twice, but three times. People make mistakes, but the kinds of mistakes made suggest low attention-to-detail due to lapsed standards and low oversight. I think this dining experience vividly brought it home to me that if I'm going to spend $30 odd for burgers, it's no longer 2005, and there are now better options out there that represent superior value-for-money.

Messed up order but it was fixed mostly To start the disaster mini spiral I ordered a burger meal to which the server asked me "drink?" and I answered. My friend, next in line ordered a meal as well. When the food arrived I received a small burger and no fries. I asked what's the deal with the burger size and was told I should have ordered the double. After a bit of a staring competition he offered to make it to the double size. Ok, it was my fault and credit to him for fixing it. However we never received the fries and after the burger conversation my friend and I shrugged out shoulders and did without. In discussion we noticed that the server has neither read back the order or provided a receipt. I would suggest their processes are improved as to limit mistakes. So, mistakes were made both by me and the server.
Nothing much to say, burgers and thickshakes are one of a kind. Far better than KFC and Mc burgers.Food: 5/5
Went on a Tuesday night , the food was okay but there was a staff member with long hair to her waist she was playing it and it wasn’t tied up, didn’t wash her hands after doing this. Put us off eating our food completely tho, ended throwing most of it out .
If I could give it a NO star rating I would! My daughter went out for a meal and stated she was Gluten Free and requested a gluten free bun and was served a burger with a GF bun but with battered onion rings in it which contained gluten. When she took her burger back the the staff to ask if it was all GF, she was told it wasn't but they refused to make her another burger or refund her money. This is absolutely appalling as she has Celiacs Disease. Shame on you for not listening to her, for not trying to understand her predicament, nor for wanting to even try to rectify the situation. There was not even an apology or an appropriate level of customer service provided when the issue was pointed out to them. This place is not Celiac Friendly. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND to anyone who can't eat gluten! Completely unacceptable. Dietary restrictions: This place did not understand what a Gluten Free burger meant and served up a burger with battered onion rings made with gluten flour on a GF bun. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Standard Burger Fuel Quality which is always great. Burger wasn’t soggy, drained the beetroot well. Staff super friendly and inviting.
