Arcade Burger

Great ‘boss’ burger, patties really tasty, waffle fries had plenty of seasoning and the dip was yum. Good portion size, well cooked and friendly staff. Tried a little of the chicken, also very tasty with good seasoning. Will go again.

Fried chicken bites are good value but they tasted of basically nothing - no seasoning at all and could still taste the flour of the batter which left a disgusting lingering taste. The fries were also completely unseasoned. Pretty disappointed.

Normally I'm not the sort of person to judge his food on presentation. However in this instance, the poor presentation perfectly reflected the low quality of the burger. Today I ordered the Space Invader and the bun was cheap, the chicken overcooked and the sauce excessive. Sadly, I can only give a 1-star rating.

There's potential with some improvements. Unfortunately, it's a disappointing experience as it stands. I ordered the Boss Burger for $13. This claimed to be a wagyu beef burger cooked medium. After a short 5 minute wait, I received a burger containing two very overcooked patties. They were underseasoned too, in desperate need of more salt. They reminded me of McDonald's patties, if I'm honest. A waste of what I assume started as good beef. I didn't find any bacon, despite this ingredient being advertised on their online menu. Sad, as bacon would add much needed salty smokey flavour. The bun was quite soft and chewy, different to most other burger buns and not bad, it held together well. However, a more tender burger bun would be better the type you get at Burger Liquor for example. The pickles weren't tangy enough to counter the bland, greasy flavour of the burger. It could benefit from ketchup, maybe onions. The aioli doesn't work by itself. The cos lettuce is too limp, a crisper lettuce like iceberg would improve the texture.

I haven't had the burgers but the chicken pieces are REALLY good. Fries were decent though not as outstanding as the chicken. Generous serving of both for the price, especially the chicken.

Amazing customer service, the team really went above and beyond. I ordered a Meal Pal and the system didnt place the order however the team were more than accommodating to make sure I still got some lunch and even gave me a side! I love the themes and the food is awesome I recommend the tekken burger. Cant recommend these guys enough. Special thanks to John, Lewis and Fady!

Had a pretty nice burger with some amazing kumara fries. Services was great too. Though, there didn't seem to be much variety in burgers on the menu.

Interesting fusion. Might fit someone else's taste palette, but definitely not mine. Really confused my taste buds could be worth a try! ‍
