Highly recommend this Resthome/ Dementia Care and Retirement Village. The care of a family member exceeded expectation. The Manager was warm, friendly and was authentic. The staff were so happy, caring and incredibly kind to our family during their care of a relative. Bringing us refreshments and checking in on the family regularly during a very difficult time. The dementia wing was like being in your own home we were made to feel like part Bupa Ballarat family. As Health Professionals we noted the care was some of the most exceptional we have seen. If you looking for exceptional local dementia care I would recommend this facility.
Gardens are beautiful and everyone seems to love living there
